First, contact us. Phone is great. In person even better. We’ll answer all your questions and give you an application packet with your client information form and risk tolerance questionnaire. Complete this and return to Sensible Portfolios.

Once we get that, we’ll assess the best Sensible Portfolios model that matches your investment goals and risk tolerance. We will follow up with you– by phone or in person– to discuss our findings and provide you a quote.

If you like what you’ve heard, you’ll join others who also liked what they heard. We will send you our investment management contract and independent custodian account-opening forms. (Sorry, forms are part of the process.) Luckily you only have to do it once.

We will even help you complete the paperwork along with establishing Web-based access for ongoing communications with you, including portfolio reports and management of your accounts.

Once stated, regular communication is key. We’ll touch base with you as needed. But always feel free to contact us with questions or concerns.
